A name that means what it does

Most hosting brands are named after servers, clouds, or speed. We started somewhere else.

নীড়

Nir means nest

In Bengali, নীড় (nir) is the word for nest — the place a bird builds to keep its young safe, warm, and off the ground. It's also used more broadly for home, for shelter, for the place that holds what matters.

When we set out to build a hosting company, we didn't want another name built from "cloud," "host," or "server." We wanted the name to describe the feeling we wanted customers to have: that their website is somewhere safe, not just somewhere stored.

Part of the ultraDevs family

Nir Host is a product of ultraDevs, alongside OrivoWP, WPBuilderShift, and Shikkhahub. Hosting is kept as its own dedicated product — separate infrastructure, separate support queue — so that a hosting issue never becomes a problem for any of our other products, and so our hosting support team can focus on one job.

What we're building toward

Nir Host runs on NVMe storage across every plan, with straightforward monthly pricing and no setup fees. As the product grows, the plan is to add more storage tiers, additional data center locations, and managed WordPress-specific hosting — built by the same team behind OrivoWP and WPBuilderShift.
